My journey with this mighty organization started in 2002 as a fresher, just after I completed my Engineering. The growth path over the last six years, from a Developer to a Senior Project Manager, has been full of challenges and learnings. The exposure that I have gained here has been immense! Handling huge and multiple deliveries, managing sizeable teams, retaining business by providing stability to the project… everything I have done here has helped me mature as a professional as well as an in individual. The pleasant atmosphere at Tricom gave me the space to grow and experiment. My technical, negotiation, communication and leadership skills have been growing over the period. Indeed, Tricom is a wonderful place to be!!

Growth in Tricom is a factor of consistent value contribution and excellence in performance. I joined Tricom in March 2007 in Finance Division. Tricom has given me a culture conducive enough, not only for fulfilling my roles, but also to excel in the same. The top management is open to suggestion at all times. This approachability makes me feel heard and gives me a sense of belonging. Having joined Tricom in the Quality department in 2006, in the last two years I have grown to a Quality Analyst and now to a Project Manager. It has been a great learning process. I have been associated with development projects, solution designing and project management. While playing different roles, I hope I have lived up to the challenges and expectations of this dynamic organization. The credit of course goes to the trust that my seniors have put in me. It gave me a lot of confidence to face the professional challenges. What makes life at Tricom interesting is the open and inspiring work culture. Overall, I would say that Tricom has played a major role in polishing my skills and making me a thorough professional.

Tricom has provided me with freedom to experiment and grow. It has given me the confidence to try something new without the fear of failure.
