Coordination & follow ups with staff & various departments, as per the need. Scheduling appointments, meetings & personal appearances. Maintaining business card folders. Answering phones. Attending meetings, maintenance & making minutes & circulating to the concerned persons. Handling branches petty cash & assisting them for the same. Keep the director informed about the activities, action taken & decision etc. in his absence. Misc. jobs as per director requirement.
